All sales are final. Because our teas are consumable products made for your safety, we're not able to accept returns or offer refunds — including for change of mind or "not the right fit."

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email Order@desertmedicinals.com within 30 days with a photo and we'll make it right with a replacement.
